What are your shipping rates?

  • Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $15 CAD for orders under $125 CAD.
  • Orders over $125 CAD ship for free within Canada.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

  • Unfortunately at the moment we only ship within Canada. While many of our customers reside in the US, we have suspended shipping to our neighbours to the south due to current tariff rates. We don't agree with our customers having to pay an additional 35% on top of the cost of our goods.
  • While our goods are made in Canada and are CUSMA/USMCA compliant,  Section 3 of Executive Order 14324 suspending duty-free de minimis treatment has stated that CUSMA/USMCA preference cannot be claimed for postal shipments. This means that if we choose to ship via the national postal service, tariffs would still be charged to the customer. If we choose to ship with another courier, the shipment would still be subject to other brokerage fees.
  • We are hopeful that free trade between Canada and the US opens up again in the future, at which point we will resume shipping to the US, but in the meantime we're directing our focus towards building our presence within Canada. 

Will you make me a custom leather item?

  • The short answer; Maybe!
  • Custom jobs are taken on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item, the timeline, etc. If you have something in mind, contact us and we can hash it out together!

Do you offer vegan leather options?

  • Nope!
  • Now, let us explain... While there may be some vegan leather alternatives being developed that are headed in a sustainable direction, the unfortunate reality is that most "vegan leather" is what used to be known as "pleather". It got rebranded in the fashion industry as vegan, but it's still plastic, it's still awful for the environment, and it still won't last.
  • As long as leather is sourced from reputable tanneries, no animals are being raised or killed for their hides. They are a byproduct of the meat industry, and as "vegan leather" sees an increase in popularity, more of these hides are ending up in landfills rather than being turned into leather. 

What do I do if there is a problem with one of my items?

  • We stand behind our products 100%. If you have any issues, we want you to get in touch right away so we can get it sorted out!
  • Defects in workmanship or materials that affect the functionality of the item will be either fixed or replaced. Unfortunately we can't cover damage from standard wear and tear, but we're confident that your items will stand up to years of regular use.
  • At the end of the day, if you're not sure whether it will be covered, please reach out. We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase!

How do I know what my belt size is?

  • If you are ordering a belt, it's important to get this bit right! All of our belts are cut to size based on the measurement you provide, and therefore we can not be liable for mis-measurements.
